It makes no sense, Las Vegas Raiders… But when you think about it.

It’s better for the Franchise, It is not good for the NFL as a Whole.

I was an Oakland Raider PSL Owner, and now a “Lame Duck” Season Ticket Holder. 2 things that were once marketed as a something of Value…

      Lesson Learned…

Be thankful for the 23 Years, again look disdainfully as to City Leaders… as to why a Deal could not be broken. Ask Why at the very least, If the City was truly pushing the A’s to Howard Terminal. Why the City & County could not rationalize that saving it’s constituents the Yearly Bonds payments… Sell the lands to the NFL & Raiders, Retire the Burden on the Taxpayers.

      The only saving possibility…

The A’s purchase the Coliseum Land, Pay the bonds off… Dissolve the JPA.

Allow the A’s to build a Ballpark Village with Market Rate Homes… Without strings from the City.

       Otherwise.

Having the A’s move to Howard Terminal will just duplicate, as in “COPY” San Francisco. With no for see able future for the “Shovel Ready” Land at the Coliseum. No Tenant. Thus the Coliseum Plan of 1995 has Failed… #1 Retaining the Pro Sports Tenants.

Personally, I cannot say how I will feel about the Raiders until I deal with the Hole on my soul after the Team plays it’s Last Season at O.Co…

Except, I like thousands of other Oakland Native Raider Fans will no longer spend Thousands Yearly on the NFL…
